GAIJIN is a nine-seat “Anglo-Japanese” chef's table restaurant. Drawing on British seasonal ingredients and inspired by our experiences travelling, working and living in Japan, the menu pays homage to Japanese soul food (洋食 yōshoku) as much as to fine dining.
