Whiskey-Paired Prix Fixe Experience
Come join us for an ever-changing, unique prix fixed dining experience guided by a High West Whiskey Ambassador!As we enter the slower season, please expect small changes in our reservation times. Beginning September 29th, we will run one turn of Prix Fixe at 6pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Our regularly scheduled 5pm and 8pm turns will be available on Fridays and Saturdays only. The 6pm experience will follow the same Prix Fixe program.*Our patio will open promptly at the start of your reservation, please plan to arrive no sooner than that. Thank you for your abidance by this request!**If the date you're looking for is unavailable, we are bought out for a private event! Be sure to check the surrounding dates for availability. Reservations are released on a rolling 30-day basis.***For parties of 4 or more: Please be aware that the Cottage is a smaller space and on busy nights, volume levels may be louder than usual. We ask that larger parties be mindful of their volume so all guests may enjoy their experience.
