Chateau Montelena
Curious minds are never satisfied. At Montelena, we question everything — convention, past methodologies, or how we can do something just a little bit better. With the freedom to explore, we have the privilege to learn. And by asking ourselves why, we can better understand the path to how. With a 14-decade legacy comes the responsibility for further growth and we refuse to rest on our laurels. We pay homage to our heritage by innovating, not imitating. Chateau Montelena has a celebrated history, and the Judgment of Paris is just one chapter. Modern technology does not replace people or the art in winemaking but expands our creative potential. There are no formulas here. Careful consideration drives every project with the determination to build our future.Come and indulge in these wines from Chateau Montelena, one of the most storied producers in Napa: 2021 Chateau Montelena Napa Valley Chardonnay - $69.95 2019 Chateau Montelena Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - $79.95 2019 Chateau Montelena "Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - $184.95 2009 Chateau Montelena "Estate" Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - $224.95Lineup is subject to change.

K&L Wine Merchants Fall Champagne Event
Our Los Angeles Champagne Event will be on Saturday, October 26th at our Culver City location (4235 Sepulveda Ave) from 3pm-6pm. A group of our favorite artisanal grower/producers will be flying in from France to present their wines exclusively to K&L guests. Producers include Aspasie, Coutelas, Alexandre Le Brun, Baron Fuente, Boulard Bauquaire, Damien Hugot, Franck Bonville, Petiau, and Derot-Delugny. This is a rare opportunity to engage with the people that grow the grapes and make the wine, and to learn more about their approach to Champagne. We will also have many of the big-name producers on hand to present their selections. From the big houses we will have representatives from Pol Roger, Laurent-Perrier, Billecart-Salmon, Moët & Chandon, Krug, Bollinger, Drappier and more. For $150 per person plus tax, you will be able to sample more than 50 Champagnes plus enjoy small bites from Dear John. This is a perfect way to sample bubblies for the upcoming holiday season. Please Note: No onsite or neighborhood parking is available, please use public transportation. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Culver City Firefighters Foundation.

La Competencia Mexican Producer Roadshow
In the words of Tomás Bracamontes of La Competencia: “Literally translated, La Competencia means ‘The Competition.’ My grandfather, Ramon Gomez, felt that ‘competition’ was good for the community. Competition drove him to offer a better product and a better level of service, all while aiming to offer the best possible prices. It is with this same spirit that La Competencia Imports aspires to provide the most compelling portfolio of wine from Baja California, Mexico.”Proudly, in less than 8 years La Competencia Imports has orchestrated the broadest and deepest penetration of Baja wines into the U.S. market. Their focus is to help position Baja California as a world-class wine region, contribute to the development of strong brands and establish a platform from which Mexican wine producers can succeed in the ultra-competitive U.S. market. While these goals are certainly lofty, with the help and support of the Baja Wine community, they are most definitely attainable.Come by and sip on these delicious Mexican wines:2019 Tribos Entrelazo2012 Tribos Malbec 2023 Hacienda Florida Verdejo2020 Hacienda Florida Cabernet Shiraz2022 San Juanito Malbec Amanacer NV San Juanito Espuma Rosado2021 Casa de Quesada Viognier Chardonnay2021 Casa de Quesada Syrah ViognierLineup is subject to change.
