Nagai Edomae Sushi Omakase
Chef Nagai will demonstrate his unique techniques using a himuro, a traditional Japanese ice cellar crafted from the Japanese Hinoki cypress. The first of its kind in the San Francisco Bay Area, Chef Nagai's hinoki himuro balances temperature, humidity, and the natural hinoki fragrance to keep ingredients at their freshest. Guests are immediately transported back to the Edo period and a truly authentic Edomae sushi tradition is presented for you. Please note, Nagai Edomae Sushi serves an omakase (chef-curated) menu, therefore, we are unable to accommodate non-sushi, vegetarian, and gluten-free requests at this time.
