El Vino Crudo imports quality wines from around the world. The wine we represent is real, from eccentric to laser focused and refined, always sourced from growers who follow organic, biodynamic farming and wine making practices. Our food menu by El Vino Crudo Chef, Beto Resende, offers a rotating selection of dishes with respect to seasonality, availability and when we feel inspired to try new creations. Beto's cooking style is straight to the point, simple with Mediterranean influence.     We're excited to invite you to Paraíso Dinner Club at El Vino Crudo. Start your night with an apèritif, as our team welcomes you to our communal table. Chef Beto Resende will prepare a 5-course prix fixe meal featuring seasonal dishes and some special cariñitos throughout the evening. Come and experience this beautiful dinner that we've planned for you with great food, music and wine! Bar opens for apèritif hour at 6pm. Dinner begins promptly at 7pm. Each dinner will feature a new menu. Seating is limited. $75 + tax includes a welcome cocktail, 5 course pre-fixe meal. Gratuity will be charged in person after the dinner. Curated wines by the glass and bottle list available for purchase the night of the dinner.
