The name “Pesca”, derived from the Spanish word for fishing, is a tribute to the owner’s late father’s favorite restaurant in his native Puerto Rico. The dining room features a main indoor dining area, an adjacent bar, a meticulously curated wine library, a private dining room, and a chef’s experience table. The menu predominantly features Latin flavors but with a global twist. Pesca By Michales also serves as the in-house caterer for the Hyatt Place’s banquet room, designed for upscale events.
