    VINwhiskey Fiddler Shrewd Negotiator Bottle Release

    Join us for the initial release of VINwhiskey with VINwiki!This finely tuned bourbon will be the oldest spirit we have ever released! The Fiddler Shrewd Negotiator Straight Bourbon sees our high-wheat bourbon mash bill aged for 8 years to absolute perfection. This release's label features aspects from VINwiki founder, Ed Bolian's Lamborghini Murcielago LP640, including the rare gated manual transmission featured on the left side of the label as this is the "Gated Community Release No. 1". There will be two versions of this incredible release available.The first version will be the Fiddler Shrewd Negotiator in a batch format consisting of 6 barrels of our wheated 8 year bourbon, bottled at 110 proof (55% abv).We will also be releasing a cask-strength, single barrel of Fiddler Shrewd Negotiator hand selected by the VINwiki team! This bottle will have a specialized sticker side panel with the details of this barrel and be right above 115 proof.Tickets will include a drink and a BBQ plate provided by Sweet Auburn BBQ! Both versions of this release are available for purchase at checkout.     Hunker Bourbon Release

    Kickoff the season with us with the release of Hunker Bourbon! This is our latest release in partnership with Classic City Collective, the official NIL partner for the University of Georgia. This straight bourbon whiskey is an all new mash bill with notes of candied pecan, baking spice, & sweet, sweet victory. This release will be comprised of the first 100 bottles of our inaugural release of Hunker Bourbon! As far as we know, we're the only distillery in the country founded by multiple UGA alums and could not be more honored to support the NIL program of our alma mater with every bottle sold of this bourbon.Tickets will reserve your bottle of Hunker Bourbon and include a tasting pour of your choice! This event will be open to the public, and tickets are not required to attend. With the purchase of a bottle of Hunker Bourbon, you will be entered to win 1 of 4 bottles of our Back to Back Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Bourbon Release signed by UGA head football coach, Kirby Smart!     Fiddler Encore Bourbon Bottle Release

    We are so excited to add a new series to our Fiddler lineup! Fiddler Encore Bourbon is a series of our wheated bourbon finished in different secondary oak casks. For this inaugural release, we will be releasing two different finished bourbons, Fiddler Encore Bourbon Georgia Oak & Fiddler Encore Bourbon Cigar Batch!Fiddler Encore Bourbon GA Oak - This wheated bourbon whiskey is aged in one charred white oak barrel, and then rebarreled into a second charred white oak barrel, or “double oaked” for a total of 6 years. The second barrel is unique, in that it is made from Georgia white oak by Gainesville Cooperage, in Gainesville, GA. This is the first bourbon aged in GA white oak and each single barrel is unique and kept at cask strength. This single barrel was specifically selected by The Whiskey Fly & the bottles from this release will feature a Whiskey Fly sticker!Fiddler Encore Bourbon Cigar Batch - This wheated bourbon is distilled from 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley and is aged first in charred white oak barrels and then finished in a rum barrel, a maple syrup barrel (used bourbon barrel filled with maple syrup for a few months and then emptied), and finally an Amburana barrel. Aged to perfection at 7 years, Cigar Batch bourbons are designed to pair well with cigars and have powerful flavors to stand up to the cigar. This batch will consists of 3 barrels blended and kept at cask strength as well.You can secure your bottle(s) now at checkout! If you are unable to attend the event, we will hold your bottles for up to 60 days. We hope you can join us!

    Distillery Tour & Tasting

    This behind the scenes tour is designed for whiskey newcomers, whiskey lovers, and everyone in between. On our Distillery Tour, you will learn the history behind ASW, see how our award-winning whiskey is mashed, fermented, and then distilled on our beautiful double copper pot stills. Tours include a tasting pour of any of our spirits or a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice. Stay after and enjoy cocktails, mixed drinks or straight pours in our tasting room (not included in tour price). Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check in.

    The ASW Barrel Tour takes you on an in-depth tour of our whiskey distillery and one of our barrel warehouses. On this tour, you will hear the history behind ASW, and learn about the distillation and aging processes while enjoying 3 tastings of our award-winning spirits. Throughout this hour-long walking tour, you will see our beautiful double copper pot stills, hundreds of barrels full of aging whiskey, and you will even get to taste a barrel proof sample.We'll see you there!
