    Chef Miguel's Monthly Omakase

    Our Omakase counter is an interactive tasting course; Sitting at the Omakase counter is an educational & fun experience that does not exist at any other restaurant in the Baltimore area. Azumi serves a Nigiri-sushi exclusive “Omakase” menu consisting of approximately 18 courses with Premium ingredients. We source our fish and shellfish globally, with a special focus on Japan. The menu is priced at $225 at the Sushi Counter starting at 6:30 on the first Wednesday of each month. This event is limited to 10 seats, pairs or singles. RESTRICTIONS: Due to our style of cuisine, there will be minor restrictions that we cannot accommodate, including vegan, non-seafood eater, and gluten intolerance who cannot have regular soy sauce in cooking.
