Avize brings a modern take on traditional Alpine food to Atlanta's expansive fine dining scene. Centuries old, Alpine cuisine draws inspiration from French, Italian, German and Swiss food traditions, giving us a lot to work with! And while we honor these traditions, we aren't confined to traditional dishes. The menu is an homage to Chef Karl Gorline's Bavarian heritage, but also reflects his commitment to local ingredients and to modern and creative techniques.
