That was not a pipe, and that is not a restaurant. Not how you know them; Comida Codac is a gastronomic gallery where Miquel Coulibaly creates and exhibits/brings flavors and textures to the table by season. Everything conceptualized from scratch: nothing you will eat existed before. He neither fuses kitchens nor does trompe l'oeil: a collection of eleven dishes (long collection) or eight (short) will come to your table where he captures the flavors and textures that go through his head. Like a cod meringue or green moss pre-desserts. Art and craft: he does not use any type of chemical or texturizer, only natural fats and starches, and the dishes he has made himself.
