Though it's named for the northern Ethiopian region where civil war has raged since 2020, things are peaceful at this pleasant restaurant devoted to Ethiopia's seductive cuisine of stewed and braised meat and vegetable dishes, to be eaten with the hands (with the help of the crêpe -like bread called injera).
