Estiatorio Mythos was born from the love for Greek cuisine of four Greeks who, living in Mexico, got together to share the cuisine, traditions and culture of Greece with their friends and family. Marine products, grape leaves, eggplant, garlic, kalamata olives, phyllo pasta, extra virgin olive oil, mint and ouzo (Greek liqueur with an aniseed taste), are some of the driving flavors on the menu. As in any tradition anchored in the sea, the ingredients are fresh and the techniques are rustic.
