HOURS OF OPERATION • 11:00am – 10:30pm | Monday – Friday • 5:00pm – 10:30pm | Saturday & Sunday • Last seating for The Gallery is 9:30PM • Last seating for The Studio is 10:00PM DRESS CODE We ask that all patrons are respectful in their choice of attire to reflect the ethos of Centurion New York. We reserve the right to refuse any patrons that are not well-presented and ask that you ensure the dress code is conveyed to any guests that you invite. Attire Not Permitted: • Athletic or Leisure Wear (i.e., cycling gear, basketball shorts, jerseys, and tracksuits) • Ripped Clothing • Flip-flops • Baseball Hats Attire Permitted: • Smart-chic attire • Jackets encouraged for dinner service in The Gallery • A simple round or V-neck T-shirt (not permitted in The Gallery) • Hoodies or Zip-Up Sweatshirts (not permitted in The Gallery) CELL PHONES / LAPTOPS • We ask that you limit the use of laptops, cell phones, tablets, and other electronic devices after 6PM in all dining areas. • Please keep cell phones on silent and be respectful of other patrons when using cell phones. PHOTOGRAPHY To respect the privacy of all patrons, photography is discouraged in all areas. GUESTS Centurion Card Members must accompany their guests while at Centurion New York. Guest policy and guest access is managed by Amex lobby attendant at One Vanderbilt. Soliciting other Card Members to gain access or bring guests who are not part of your reservation into Centurion New York is not permissible. CHILDREN • Children under the age of 13 are not permitted. • Children ages 13 and older are permitted and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • Patrons must be 21 years of age or older to access The Carbon Bar. ALCOHOL • Patrons must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol at Centurion New York. Please drink responsibly. • Alcoholic beverages will not be served to any patrons under 21 years of age or to any patrons who appear to be intoxicated. Patrons under 21 years of age are not permitted to sit at the bar. BILLING Payments must be made using any American Express Card or cash (USD). RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS • US Centurion Card Members can make reservations using the dedicated Centurion New York mobile app or through their Membership Services team. Reservations are open to book 60 days in advance. All other patrons can make a reservation via Resy or by calling 212-597-9070. • All reservations are subject to capacity limitations. If Centurion New York has reached capacity, we invite patrons to provide a phone number to be contacted when space allows entry. • Please cancel at least 48hrs prior to your reservation – A cancellation fee of $100 per person will apply if cancellation occurs less than 24hrs prior to your reservation. ANIMALS/SECURITY • Only service animals are allowed in Centurion New York. • Patrons can bring their own security personnel (no weapons) and must present ID. • Weapons and firearms are not permitted on-site at Centurion New York.
