The Chef’s Counter at Manhatta features Chef Justin Bogle’s refined, creative cooking with an intimate view of the culinary team at work. This ever-evolving, multi-course, seasonal menu is complemented by a playful dessert menu and an award-winning wine program. Please note, The Chef’s Counter is not able to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, or celiac diets as well as any allergies or aversions to fish, shellfish, seafood, dairy, gluten, nuts or allium. Reservations for parties of one to six guests are available daily from 5:30 – 7:30pm and are accepted up to 28 days in advance at Noon ET. We suggest allowing 3 hours for this experience.
