Experience the finest dining Frasca has to offer with our seasonal tasting menu. Our chef's tasting menu features local and seasonal ingredients as well as luxurious and ethically sourced items.An optional wine pairing will be available to partake in at the time of your reservation. We are able to make adjustments to this menu to accommodate gluten free or vegetarian options, but regretfully decline all other dietary requests, including dairy free. Please contact our team directly for information regarding celiac modifications.

Join the Frasca team at the Chef’s Table for a fully immersive dining experience highlighting the magic and warmth of Friulano cuisine interpreted through our modern lens.Offering only one reservation per evening, the Chef’s Table is an exclusive, intimate experience that invites guests to pull up a seat in the Frasca kitchen alongside our chefs who will walk through each dish preparation and the history, culture, and ingredients that have shaped Friulano cuisine.A minimum of ten courses will be presented throughout the evening, as well as an optional wine pairing addition.Dietary restrictions that can be accommodated include vegetarian and gluten-free. All others we regretfully decline (celiac, dairy-free).

This reservation is for a table in our dining room. You will have the option of participating in either menu that we offer, the Quattro Piatti menu or our Seasonal Friulano Tasting menu. Both menus are subject to change based on local produce and seasonal ingredients.Our team has carefully designed time frames in which to dine.
