Located in the St Julien Hotel, Jill’s Restaurant & Bistro offers a thoughtful menu featuring fresh, local and dynamic ingredients. The kitchen, helmed by Executive Chef Rich Byers, sources its ingredients through partnerships with local farms, creameries and ranches, its own on-­site garden and Boulder’s seasonal Farmer’s Market – conveniently located across the street – where the chefs procure the freshest herbs, vegetables and fruits. These ingredients are used to create scratch-­made food, including pasta, bread, pastries, sauces, jus and more.

    On the first Friday of every month, Jill's will feature a vegan buffet highlighting the best in seasonal salads, grains, vegetables, wood oven pizzas, desserts and more, available from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. for $30 per person. We look forward to welcoming our dedicated vegan community (and everyone beyond) to enjoy a great meal together!
