    Extraordinary Dry Aged Fish Dinner!

    We have gathered 3 of America's foremost culinary experts in Dry Aged Fish to create an extraordinary 5-Course Dinner on Tuesday, October 1st at 6:30 PM at GW Fins! In addition to our own Executive Chef, Michael Nelson, we're bringing in Chef Liwei Liao, owner of The Joint in Sherman Oaks, CA as well as Davin Waite, Chef/Owner of Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub in Oceanside, CA. Each of the 5 courses will be created to highlight the magnificent flavor & texture profile of dry aged fish & will be perfectly paired with a wine from Napa Valley's acclaimed Freemark Abbey Winery. We will start the night with small bites crafted by all of the chefs, & then each chef will serve their own course. Seating is communal & tickets are nonrefundable.
