    Outdoor Terrace Reservation

    We invite you to an outdoor dining experience with inspiration drawn from the coastal and mountainous regions of Catalonia and the Basque Country of Northern Spain. Our menu utilizes the local bounty provided by farmers, growers and artisans, paired with regional dishes, cultural inspirations and ingredients sourced directly from Spain.Please note, our lounge opens at 2:30pm for snacks and beverages. Full dinner service reservations begin at 5:00pm.

    Chef's Garden Table

    Limited Seating – Adults Only Exclusive Communal Table. This purchase and receipt are your ticket to one of the eight available seats with our executive chef.A one-table-a-week narrative multicourse journey of Chef Tyson’s culinary heritage. He will be preparing, serving & explaining each dish exhibition style in an informal outdoor atmosphere. Guests are seated with each other at a communal table surrounded by our raised bed gardens on Mar Muntanya's 6th floor terrace. The menu is created "of the moment" with produce sourced directly from our Chef’s Garden as well as from the downtown SLC Farmers Market and Local Greenhouse Growers. While vegetables are the focus of this experience, several dishes will be paired with Ocean & Mountain Ingredients.As the summer months begin to bring heat, we will follow the sun and garden dinners will begin an hour prior to dusk. Approximately 7:30pm. Please be prepared for fluctuation in weather as you will be dining outdoors.Please note due to the nature of the menu and its frequent evolutions, we cannot accommodate most dietary restrictions or food allergies. In addition, modifications are politely declined.Experience price does not include tax or gratuity.

    Holiday Boujee Bubble Brunch

    Enjoy the holiday season through a unique dining experience in one of Mar | Muntanya's climate-controlled Alpen Globes. Our outdoor globes are decorated for the season. This experience features a lavish family style spread consisting of Jumbo Shrimp Coctel, a Boos Block filled with all of the brunch favorites like French Toast, Buttermilk Pancakes, Pearl Sugar Waffles, Niman Ranch Bacon, Local Sauage, Roasted Asparagus, Scrambled Farm Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, Berries, Maple Syrup & Vanilla Whip Cream. Each globe can accommodate up to 8 guests. Adults $75, Children 5-12 $35. Deposit will be applied towards the brunch experience.

    Large Party Dinner

    The menu is $75/person not including beverage, taxes and an 20% automatic gratuity will be added. A deposit of 25% will be required.For our large party menu, food will be served "tapas style" in 3 rounds. Each table will be pre-set with Charcuterie & Cheese for your guest to enjoy as they arrive. We will serve the appropriate amount of food based on the number of guests and the amount of tables used by your group.For speed of service, we will prepare all steaks at Chef's recommended temperature. This menu has been designed to provide proper speed of service for your party as well as our other guests. Any additions, substitutions, or modifications will impact timeline of service, and may incur an additional charge. Please note that any changes to guest attendance must be made 3 days prior to the event to avoid being charged for the absent guest.

    Globe Experience

    Enjoy the Mar | Muntanya experience within one of our climate-controlled Globes on our terrace. The globes offer a unique outdoor dining experience in an enclosed, temperature controlled private dining space. The globes can accommodate up to 8 people and are equipped with Bluetooth speakers that you are able to connect to for your own personal musical experience.Reservations are $100 for a 1 hour 45-minute experience. Dining menus are the same selections offered in Mar Muntanya. Pre-payment is a globe rental fee and does not cover food and beverage.

    This brunch experience is only available for groups of 4-8. Experience is 1 hour 45 minutes. Grab your friends & celebrate the weekend in style with a unique Brunch experience. Featuring a private climate-controlled Alpen Globe for your group. This experience features a lavish family style spread consisting of Jumbo Shrimp Coctel, a Boos Block filled with all of the brunch favorites like French Toast, Buttermilk Pancakes, Pearl Sugar Waffles, Niman Ranch Bacon, Local Sauage, Roasted Asparagus, Scrambled Farm Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, Berries, Maple Syrup & Vanilla Whip Cream.Round out the "Bubble" experience & pair it with our signature Bellini Bar.
