As a gateway for the Niagara wine region, the Wine Visitor + Education Centre celebrates the Ontario and Canadian grape and wine industry through informative displays, tours, and an information centre to assist visitors in their exploration of wines and wine country. The Centre also supports the promotion and growth of wine and culinary tourism in Niagara and the continued economic development in these key industries.

    Join us for a chilling cocktail showdown between our master distillers! Watch David and Ian battle it out to determine the reigning champion of mixing methods. All hand crafted here in our state of the art production facilities overlooking the Niagara Escarpment. This diverse tasting flight showcases why we at Niagara College are at the forefront of the Beverage industry!     Winery Tour & Tasting

    This specialized experience includes three samples of our award-winning craft wine. One of our wine experts will lead your group out to our vineyards (weather permitting) to discuss our growing season, terroir and the Canadian wine industry as a whole. While you learn about their vine-to-bottle journey, you will also sample three of our award-winning wines. $25 per person.

Journey of the Senses includes tastings of both beer and wine along with a tour of our brewery (when available), vineyard and the wine-making facility!
