    The White Label Tasting

    Newly released, the Stratus White Label represents the ultimate in time, terroir and intensity. In essence, an even more distinctive tier from Stratus based on a culmination of twenty years of farming our estate, climatic conditions and a combined winemaking experience of close to fifty years. The reviews are still coming in and are glowing. This structured hour long tasting includes the White Label Red, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, each from the heralded 2020 vintage as well as the new White Label Amphora Releases: the 2021 Stratus Chardonnay Amphora and the 2020 Stratus Cabernet Franc Amphora.

    Stratus Vines & Wines Tour

    Experience the world's first LEED certified winery in an immersive tour from the vineyard to the cellar. Follow the journey of farming to winemaking, tasting some delicious sips of Stratus wines along the way.Please note that this is a walking tour and we encourage comfortable footwear. Exploration of the vineyard will be weather dependent. French tours available upon request, subject to availability.

    Food and wine are all about chemistry. Join us for a one-hour journey of how elements such as salt, sugar, acid, fat and protein work to enhance, balance or counterbalance your glass of wine. Available daily at 3:30pm, or by special request for large groups. $45 p/p

    Wine Flights & Wines by the Glass

    Exploring the wines is the highlight of any visit to Stratus. We invite you to sample our vineyard through a Wine Flight Tasting. These tastings include 4 unique samples for $25 and are served in our Stratus Tasting Room or on our Vineyard Terrace. A collection of wines by the glass are also available. Savour bite-like accompaniments sourced and prepared from the finest chefs and food artisans to enhance your wine experience. Reservations recommended.
