Carversteak is a reimagining of the classic steakhouse experience offering dry-aged American steaks from artisan producers, Japanese-certified Wagyu steaks and playful vegan selections in a modern environment.The steakhouse features an expansive bar, a plush main dining room, two private dining rooms (The Knife Shop and Whiskey Room) and a sweeping outdoor terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros’ menu highlights include a 42oz Tomahawk Rib Chop, Lobster en Croute (a whole Maine lobster cooked in a puff pastry shell) and a bounty of raw bar items including Hamachi Crudo and seafood towers.Accompanying the menu is a dynamic beverage program from famed mixologist Francesco Lafranconi featuring seasonal cocktails, an extensive wine list and a tableside martini cart.PLEASE NOTE: On Friday and Saturday reservations; guests under the age of 18 must be sat by 6:45 pm.
