Ryuichi Utsumi started out in Japanese cuisine, working in his native country in the world of sushi. Then, wanting to diversify, he studied French gastronomy and decided to settle in Paris. Ryuichi Utsumi's cuisine is unique and will take you on a journey between France and Japan.
