    Sound Bites is an immersive culinary and musical experience. Backed by scientific research, hosted in Omaha’s finest local establishments, and presented by talented culinary and musical artists, Sound Bites is a tasting menu and live concert combined to create a Culinary Concert. On October 23th at 6:30pm join us at Au Courant Regional Kitchen and members of the Rangbrook Ensemble for an exclusive evening where fine dining and live classical music blend seamlessly to create a one-of-a-kind experience. Enjoy a four-course menu with music, food, and wine, each element carefully crafted complement and enhance each other, creating a multi-sensory journey that delights the palate and stirs the soul.Start your evening with a pre-show pour of sparkling wine as you settle in for the first movement of the night’s musical program. As the music transitions, each course arrives in harmony with the performance, from lighter, vibrant flavors paired with upbeat melodies to more complex, rich dishes set to deeper, emotional compositions. After the show, enjoy a nightcap while engaging in an intimate Q&A session with the musicians.Communal-style seating is first-come, first-served, fostering connection and conversation among guests.
