Omakase roughly translates to “entrust" whereby each guest places themselves in the hands of the itamae allowing him to orchestrate a meal from an ever-changing menu based as much on the season’s availability as whim of the itamae himself. During this 2 and a half to 3 hour experience we strive to serve only the best and have gone to great lengths to source only the highest quality ingredients from Japan and beyond. Because of the nature of these dinners, timing is very important. Please make every effort to be on time as omakase will start promptly.*We are unable to accommodate foodborne allergies and dietary restrictions for this experience.*Tax & gratuity for omakase will be included on the final bill.*$50 corkage fee.

Endo x Ota Omakase
Join us for an exclusive omakase October 25th and 26th as we welcome chef Norihito Endo. Featured as one of “best places to eat in Tokyo” by the Los Angeles Times, Chef Endo will bring his approach to sushi from Tokyo to our counter at Ota. Before opening his namesake counter Ebisu Endo in 2019, Chef Endo trained with a notable line of sushi chefs, including three-Michelin-starred Takashi Saito. Never resting his laurels, Endo-san’s pursuit of new techniques and preparations are unique and define his passion for the cuisine. *We are unable to accommodate foodborne allergies and dietary restrictions for this experience.*Tax & gratuity for omakase will be included on the final bill.*$50 corkage fee.
