This beloved culinary series curated by the award-winning hotel’s Director of Culinary and Beverage Chef Paula DaSilva, marks its second season through spectacular dishes crafted in collaboration with some of the world's most renowned chefs. Each month, these sumptuous creations will grace the menu, offering diners the opportunity to explore the distinct tastes and techniques of a varied lineup of culinary experts.
