    Colgin Cellars Wine Dinner

    Colgin Cellars and Capo Santa Monica have teamed up to present an epic evening of food and wine on October 7th. Upon arriving at 6:30 pm, guests will be treated to passed hors d'oeuvres of Arncini di Porcini, Jamon Iberico di Belloto over Tomato Toast and Mini Caprese Cones. At 7:00 pm, dinner will commence with a first course of Mellanzane alla Red Cow Parmigiano, paired with the 2017 Tychson Hill Cabernet. The following pasta course will consist of our Rigatoni Tartufo Bianco Ragu, paired with the 2014 Cariad Red Blend. The main course will be our Roasted Veal with Truffle Demi Glace, accompanied by the 2010 IX Estate Red Blend. To finish, we will be serving Comté Cheese with Baguette alla Frutti e Noci and the 2015 IX Estate Syrah.
