Join us for handmade pastas, slow-roasted meats and pizza from our wood-burning oven; our open-style kitchen lets you watch our staff in action as your meal is prepared. Sommeliers bring their extensive experience and wine expertise to Cento, where they have selected an Italian-focused wine list featuring over 150 bottles, with over 20 poured by the glass. Our intimate dining room showcases maple floors, plaster beam ceilings, interior brick walls, and stained glass dating back to the 1920′s, all enhanced with modern design details like plush booths.
