KJUN started as a COVID pop-up in Chef Jae Jung’s bathtub-sized apartment kitchen. After a celebrated career in both NOLA and NYC, Jae set out on her own and began building KJUN with techniques and recipes developed over more than a decade working in fine-dining kitchens. This is KJUN’s first permanent location, opened in Fall 2022.
