When we tell the story of a company, we usually start with the date of creation. At Tartuferia San Paolo, it is difficult to say when this project really started. Tartuferia San Paolo was born out of a gastronomic curiosity that, over time, became a true love affair with Italian truffles. It all started on the trips we made to Italy having, as a mandatory stop, to taste the magnificent Italian truffles. A unique and unforgettable gastronomic experience. Thus we begin to discover and experience the countless gastronomic possibilities that only truffles provide - a wealth of aromas and flavors that no other culinary ingredient can overcome. For all of us, the experience was very rich.
