The restaurant is a reference in gastronomy, being classified with two stars in Guia Quatro Rodas since its debut in mid-2010. It has received numerous awards, such as “Top Italian Restaurants” (Gambero Rosso), Best Restaurant by vehicles Prazeres da Mesa, Go Where Gastronomia, Época SP Magazine, Folha SP Guide, for being nominated by Veja SP magazine as the best in Italian specialty. With an atmosphere reminiscent of an Italian country house, the restaurant is a true work of art, located in the heart of Itaim. The decor is made up of typical ceramics and works of art, creating an elegant and welcoming space divided into three environments – lounge, veranda and a private room that can be used as an exclusive space for up to 30 people, get-togethers organized on demand (upon request), the restaurant offers a unique culinary experience. In the kitchen, chef Rodrigo Queiroz follows authentic classic Italian cuisine, creating dishes with fresh ingredients. On the menu we find several options of handmade pasta, roasts, fish and crustaceans. The wine list, designed by partner Marcos Freitas, focuses mainly on the Old World and on the classic recipes prepared by the Chef. Wines are stored in a charming glass cellar in the lounge. The Chef With more than 25 years of experience in Gastronomy, Chef Rodrigo Queiroz had his academic training in Lyon (Institut Paul Bocuse) France, in Italy he had passages at Enoteca Pincchiori in Florence and L'lbereta by Chef Gualtiero Machesi, in New York he worked with chef Daniel Boulud. In 2001, back in Brazil, Rodrigo joined Grupo Fasano for 9 years, working in several of the group's kitchens until the opening of Tre Bicchieri in 2010.
