    Barrel Room Reservation

    Make a table reservation for our Barrel Room! We open up the "brewery-side" of our facility whenever we book private events in our Beer Hall. Craft beer, hard kombucha, wine, NA/soda, and food are all still available!--Make a 2-hour reservation for up to 20 people at Pilot Project Brewing! For groups larger than 20, please reach out to mkeevents@pilotprojectbrewing.com. Groups over 6 are able to split their bill up to three ways. We are unable to accommodate separate checks for more than 6 people.Your group must arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation start time or your table(s) will be forfeited. We do not allow outside food or drinks. We do not accept cash.

    *Please note that our kitchen closes at 9pm. 7:30pm tours are advised to dine with us ahead of your brewery tour. Join us for a brewery tour! Tickets include:-Five 5oz tasters of beer and/or booch-Taster glass to take home with you-Origin story of Pilot Project Brewing- A tour of our facility- 3 x $5 draft coupons to enjoy after your tourMust be 21+ to drink alcohol.
