Famiglia Cecchi Wine Dinner
Sorella will host a fantastic wine dinner by Andrea Cecchi, fourth-generation vintner and chianti classico legend. Over the past decades, Andrea has held critical roles as Chief Oenologist from 1993 to 2004, when, with his father's death, he began a managerial journey leading him to his current role as President and CEO of the company. Throughout his career, Andrea has emphasized native Tuscan and Umbrian grapes, aiming to create authentic wines that reflect the uniqueness of their terroirs. The dinner will feature five wines paired with a fabulous array of Italian pasta, which will emphasize each wine's unique characteristics.
