In the year 2001 Chef Patron Mauro L. came to Miami Beach from Padova, Northern Italy, carrying knowledge of an Italian cuisine, before having worked in upscale restaurants in Italy and England as well opening Italian cuisine restaurants for others. One day, while passing by the corner of 15th St. & Washington Ave. in Miami Beach, Mauro L. realized an opportunity to open his own Restaurant/Cafe and he named it Caffe Di Mauro. Since the year 2006 the restaurant has been successfully running.
