    Autumn is our favorite season at Rye! Join us in the private dining room at Rye on the Plaza as we celebrate the changing leaves, cooler temps, and all things pumpkin spice. Pastry chef Megan Garrelts has created a menu featuring handmade savory and sweet selections paired with our collection of Hugo loose-leaf teas. The $75 ticket price includes menu, tea, and additional non-alcoholic beverages if desired. Wine & cocktails will be available for an additional fee during the tea service. The Champagne Tea option will include everything listed, plus a glass of bubbles delivered to your table once you are seated.*Due to this specialty menu dietary restrictions and substitutions cannot be accommodated.*The ticket price excludes sales tax and service charge.

    Our guests have asked, “when will the Garrelts cook another bluestem inspired dinner?” On Monday, October 28th join us for an exclusive bluestem pop-up dinner created by James Beard award winning chefs Colby & Megan Garrelts. This decadent autumn menu was inspired by & paired alongside the exquisite Burgundian wines from proprietor, vigneron, and Kansas City native Mark O'Connell of Domaine Clos De La Chapelle. Paying full respect to tradition, Domaine Clos de la Chapelle is the alchemy of a small, historic domaine from the renowned wine village of Volnay.     Learn the secrets behind three of our most beloved pies! Pastry Chef Keara Masson will teach you how to make our Dutch Apple, Pumpkin, and MoKan pies, along with our perfect pie dough.     Our beverage team has curated a wonderful collection of wines for the upcoming holiday season. Join us to taste, shop, and stock up your cellar for the season of celebrations. Taste 50 wines from all over the world presented by local distributors, national Importers, and winery representatives. Like what you try? You may purchase anything presented and fill your home collection with some of the most incredible red wines around! Our chef will create an abundant spread of charcuterie & cheeses with accouterments for nibbles throughout the evening, this open tasting is from 5:30 to 7:00. Do not forget to book a reservation in the main dining room if you wish to enjoy dinner afterwards!Sales tax & gratuity are not included in the ticket price per person.
