    Join The Bottling Crew!

    Since the beginning, bottling our whiskey has always involved work, fun, friends and family and we are extending that out for an exclusive experience for you and your friends. Reserve a spot for yourself and whoever you can wrangle up to get your hands-on experience bottling, labeling and packaging one of our award-winning whiskeys. WHAT TO EXPECTArrive 10 minutes early in our Parlor located at 1321 W. 13th street. Let staff know you are a part of the bottling crew, and they will get you checked in.Each crew member will receive a complimentary old-fashioned cocktail to take with them. Each member will have their own role on the bottling line which could entail filling, corking, labeling, shrink wrapping, and packaging, etc. Wear comfy clothes and come ready to work and have fun! You will work alongside our experienced staff and founder from 5-8pm. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of our whiskey making process and as a thank you for your hard work, you and your friend(s) will receive a 40% discount off any selected bottle that day, even the one you bottled. If you reserve this rare experience to join the bottling crew, we are counting on you and expect prompt arrival at our Parlor located at 1321 W. 13th St. Kansas City, MO. Given the limited spots and the impact to the production of our whiskeys, failure to report for your bottling crew reservation will revoke your eligibility to join any future bottling crews.

    Distillery Tour & Tasting Experience

    This one hour guided tour and tasting will immerse you in the history of the West Bottoms and the pre-prohibition time period that inspires and influences our whiskeys.Each guest will be guided behind the scenes thru the historic Quincy building to our distillery where you learn about our blending, aging and distillation processes as well as sample our 99 point rated Kansas City Whiskey and exclusive malt whiskeys.Following your tour, visit our Cocktail Parlor to try one of our craft whiskey cocktails, including The Best Old Fashioned in Kansas City as well as purchase bottles and goodies for friends, family and home. We recommend having food beforehand and arriving 10 min's early for check-in.
