    Begin your Legacy flight with a splash of our Sparkling Brut to celebrate your visit. Then, discover the nuanced art of wine and cheese pairing while enjoying a tasting flight of five of our most highly sought-after tasting room exclusive wines, including Fidelity Chardonnay and Fidelity Pinot. The pinnacle of our portfolio, Fidelity is composed of the best barrels from our Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Each wine is perfectly paired with a selection of artisan cheeses.
