After the tour, indulge in a delicious two-course tasting lunch, showcasing Estate-sourced, seasonal produce paired with four carefully selected Estate wines. Join us for an unforgettable culinary adventure at The Donum Estate. This is a communal experience for ages 21 and over.Inspired by the vibrant cuisine of Spain, home of our featured artist, Jaume Plensa, our menu offers a culinary journey through his homeland. Begin with a refreshing Gazpacho Shooter, a classic Spanish favorite that captures the essence of fresh garden flavors.Chef's Appetizer, Charred Melon and Jamon is elevated by an Estate Plum Vinagreta and a hint of Chile Salt, perfectly paired with our 2021 Carneros Chardonnay.The first course, Boquerones with Sweet Peppers, Escabeche, Cured Egg Yolk, Little Gems, and House-Made Toast, brings together traditional Spanish flavors, complemented by the bright notes of our 2021 Carneros Chardonnay and 2021 Carneros Reserve Chardonnay.For the main course, savor the Roasted Chicken Brava with Romesco, Estate Spinach, and Confit Potatoes, expertly matched with our 2021 Three Hills Carneros Pinot Noir and 2021 Mikado Tree Pinot Noir.
