Embark on a captivating journey through the rich and diverse world of mezcal with Alimentaria Mexicana's exclusive private tasting experience. Guided by the knowledgeable and passionate Martin Vargas, this session offers an immersive exploration of agave spirits from various regions of Mexico. During the two-hour session, guests will sample 4 different varieties of Mezcal. These selections represent a diverse array of flavors and styles, showcasing the unique characteristics of different agave species and regions. From the smoky and earthy notes of traditional mezcal to the more nuanced and complex profiles of artisanal and ancestral varieties, participants will experience the full spectrum of this iconic Mexican spirit.
