    Half Tasting Menu

    Our half tasting menu is an abridged version of our tasting menu experience, designed to give you to an introduction to the incredible flavors that Chef Gus and his team love to work with.Our tasting menu experience is dynamic and ever-changing; due to the nature of the menu, we are not able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. Tasting menus are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to your reservation.

The deposit will be refunded back to the original method of payment once you arrive at the restaurant. Reservations made after 12th September 2024:A hold will be placed on your card upon booking, you will be charged $60 for a no show or for arriving with less guests than booked.

    Krug Week

    We're extremely excited to announce that Krug week returns to Published on Main once again. From September 13th - 22nd we will be celebrating the Krug catalogue as well as this year's signature single ingredient "FLOWERS".At Published On Main, we are very fortunate to be one of two Champagne Krug Ambassades in Canada. A 'Krug Ambassade' is an iconic place, which represents the spirit of the House of Krug based on the principles of prestige, a unique passion and savoir-faire. A culinary destination where gastronomic excellence meets the finest Champagnes. All over the world, the Krug Ambassades represent a real network of Krug lovers who pass on their passion through relentless hard work and an original style.All week we will be pouring the Krug Grande Cuvée 171ème Édition and Krug Rosé 27ème Édition by the glass, two outstanding examples of world class Champagne that should not be missed. For this week only we will also have our delicious chicken liver with spekulatius, pickled rose petals and rose available as a pairing with the Krug Rosé 27ème Édition. The perfect bite to celebrate this year's signature ingredient. Along side these incredible wines we will also have our very own Published kaluga caviar with fresh baked brown butter madeleines available all week. **Please Note** This is an a la carte reservation to express interest in enjoying our Krug week offerings.
