    Darren’s culinary journey began at Farmer’s Apprentice, where he developed a passion for wholesome cooking. He later became the acclaimed chef-owner of Ugly Dumpling on Commercial Drive.     Hailing from Vancouver, BC Mark Singson has been a staple in the west coast culinary scene for over 10 years. In this next chapter of Mark's culinary journey, he is reaching back into his Filipino roots to introduce Vancouverites to the bold and delicious flavours of the Philippines.
