We offer a multiple course tasting menu, our Horticultural Cuisine of Cascadia, built on flavors utilizing classic and modern techniques with an emphasis on fermentation. Our meals are completely botanical, free from all animal products.

Every meal enjoyed at Astera helps contribute to Zero Food Print's mission of building healthy soil and Lighthouse Farm Sanctuary's work in caring for rescued farm animals. The ASTERA tasting menu is a love poem to Oregon’s farmed and foraged. We offer our Horticultural Cuisine of Cascadia to you, built on flavors utilizing classic and modern techniques with an emphasis on fermentation. $110 per person, not including service fee and beverages.

New Year's Eve Grand Tasting
Our Grand Tasting, starting at 8pm, offers twenty courses of petite bites, paired with ten pours for either the Grand Astera Pairing or the Grand Temperance Pairing.*IMPORTANT NOTICE*Please note that tickets for the New Year's Eve Grand Tasting are not refundable or able to be rescheduled with no exceptions. Tickets are transferable to another party at any time.Also note we are not offering a gluten-free or allergen menu for our Grand Tasting. Our meal will be served with wheat, gluten, nuts, soy and other allergens. We will not be offering substitutions for the Grand Tasting Menu.
