Tasting Menu

We offer a seasonal-driven pre-fixe chef's tasting menu for $135 per person. An optional wine pairing is available for $65. A 20% gratuity is added to each bill.We will be contacting you about dietary restrictions and to confirm before dinner service via email a week before your reservation. Please reply back promptly so the chefs can be better prepared for your visit with us. You may also add them in the Special Notes or Allergy section after making a reservation. Failure to confirm dietary restrictions 48 hours prior to your arrival may result in the inability to accommodate changes to our menu.While we are happy to make adjustments, we apologize in advance if we cannot accommodate particular restrictions. At this time, we cannot accommodate guests who are vegetarian or vegan, don't eat fish, or can't eat alliums or capsaicin. Reservations are released on the 15th of each month at noon for the following month. IE reservations for the month of October become available on the 15th of September.Cancellations and changes to party size made within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $135 per guest.We require all bookings to confirm their reservation at least 2 days in advance. If we are unable to reach you for confirmation, your reservation will be canceled 2 days prior to the reservation date at and the table will be released to the wait list.Our seating times are Thursday and Friday 6:00pm & 8:45pm, and Saturday and Sunday 5:30pm & 8:15pm Please contact us directly at 971-344-2564 or at langbaanpdx@gmail.com with any additional questions or concerns.
