In Mexico City, Cancún and Tulum he collaborated in the gastronomic creation of different restaurants of the Rosa Negra Group. And also in Mexico City at the Tezka restaurant, Omiya restaurant, Hotel Brick, its two concepts Olivia and Moderna, was the culinary starter of the Live Aqua concept in Grupo Posadas.
