Carmina Condesa Restaurant, we combine the visual, auditory and gastronomic experience, giving the diner an extraordinary experience for the senses. The special attention of our collaborators is indisputable. Chef Josué Rodríguez Maya directs Carmina's entire culinary experience, created by the fusion of Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, using grilled techniques as a cooking medium. His creativity is what has led him to have a great career working in different parts of the world, such as the Toro Toro restaurant in Dubai and Miami, Maya restaurant in Doha Qatar and New York, Dohyo restaurant in New York, Yotel in New York, Raya restaurant in California, USA. In Mexico City, Cancún and Tulum he collaborated in the gastronomic creation of different restaurants of the Rosa Negra Group. And also in Mexico City at the Tezka restaurant, Omiya restaurant, Hotel Brick, its two concepts Olivia and Moderna, was the culinary starter of the Live Aqua concept in Grupo Posadas.
