With more than ten years of work in his kitchen, Paxia became one of the pioneers in the development of a new gastronomy in Mexico. Paxia returns under the direction of a more mature Chef Ovadía, to surprise with his exquisite and unique dishes that will tell wonderful stories of Mexican gastronomy.
