Clemente Bar is an intimate cocktail lounge perched above Eleven Madison Park, featuring world-class cocktails and refined, plant-based bar bites. A collaboration with Chef Daniel Humm’s close friend and renowned contemporary artist Francesco Clemente, the space is a true “artist’s living room” where guests will be surrounded by site-specific works by Clemente. The interiors, also featuring pieces by LA-based furniture designer Brett Robinson and custom lamps by the German artist Carsten Höller, are a nod to the art-filled walls at Kronenhalle, Chef Humm’s favorite bar growing up in his home country of Switzerland. Developed by Eleven Madison Park’s Beverage Director, Sebastian Tollius, the drinks menu features a selection of playful and highly-technical cocktails that draw on a diverse set of flavor profiles, from classic to nostalgic to unexpected. Each one is crafted to engage all of the senses, with a detailed focus on serviceware, garnishes, and small bites to complete the experience. The Chef's Counter at Clemente Bar is an 8-seat tasting counter adjoining the lounge space. The Counter will offer a ninety-minute multi-course experience by our chefs, paired with a selection of cocktails crafted by Sebastian Tollius and his team.
