COQODAQ, an innovative fried chicken concept from Gracious Hospitality Management, was brought to life in January 2024. Designed by Rockwell Group, as ‘the cathedral of fried chicken’ COQODAQ’s mission is to bring Better Fried Chicken to all. The one-of-a-kind dining experience skillfully integrates Korean and American influences, featuring dishes cooked by a world-class culinary team. From certified humane, hormone and antibiotic-free chicken to gluten-free and anti-inflammatory rice flour batter, and clean cultured oil - all ingredients are of the highest quality and sustainably sourced. The menu is centered around the Korean philosophy of Eum-Yang (음양|陰), which embraces duality as fundamental to the nature and balance of the universe with chilled, fresh vegetables juxtaposed with the hot, crisp fried chicken, creating a glorious harmony of flavors while aiding in better digestion. With a beverage program that champions Champagne as the pairing of choice, COQODAQ features the largest restaurant Champagne list in America, with Blue Chip classics, pages of verticals of vintages, but also 100 sparkling wines under $100, most of which is Champagne, breaking down the cost barrier of bubbly. Classic cocktails with an innovative twist as well as premiere beer and wine selections round out the menu.
