Cradled in the heart of the Upper East Side, The Penrose is a community-driven bar and restaurant. The food is locally sourced, the beer list is strong, and the cocktails well-crafted. Owned by three childhood friends from Ireland (hence why it's also a destination for whiskey lovers), it's a modern-day, for-New York take on a classic pub.
