To drink, Raymond Trinh’s beverage team has crafted an eclectic wine list from old and new-world selections that satisfy a variety of tastes, available by the glass or bottle. For something stronger, a cocktail menu rooted in the American classics with modern tweaks celebrates locally produced spirits, infusions and tinctures. Our restaurant offers a 10 seat bar room which also offers 6 coveted counter seats facing inside the kitchen. Our 40 seat dining room offers our full and intimate experience of our concept. All seating options offer the same 7 course tasting menu.
