Self-proclaimed as the oldest line cook in Houston, Jonathan opened Jonathan’s The Rub with the purpose and mission of providing guests with excellent food in an unmatched dining experience; a mission that Jonathan passionately maintains today. You’ll notice our restaurant features an open kitchen where diners can see, smell and hear the behind-the-scenes events of Jonathan and the other cooks preparing their dishes.
