For the first time since opening in 1997, Jean-Georges debuts vegetarian menus alongside the omnivorous offerings, a natural evolution for the chef who has always been passionate about cooking with vegetables. Guests have the option of six and ten-course omnivore or six course vegetarian tasting menu. The menus consist of seasonal produce with international ingredients and flavors of Vongerichten’s French upbringing, accentuated through his signature vegetable juices and broths.
